painting more harad spearmen

I've done the Scab Red coat on a number of extra spearmen today! I'm going to do them a step at a time, amid other painting projects. It's a lot quicker doing the same colour on a bunch of figures all at once, rather than completing a single figure at a time. It also means that when the last colour is done, I'll have a group of completed figures all at once :) Anyway, I've done some red in different parts to add some variation.

  1. Awesome! Glad to see you've started =) I like the idea of using the same colour in different bits of cloth to give some variation.
I've been slack with the dwarves with everything else going on, even with a two week head start I think you'll beat me to finishing!

  2. Hello! I love what you and your brother are doing with your blogs. It's a great help and encouragement to me (I am going to be starting to paint my models pretty soon). I just had a quick question though. Do you know what the base size for the Mumakil is? I estimated it off of some pictures I had, but I wanted to make sure it is correct. Thanks!

  3. Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog! The Mumak is an oval 18cm long and 14cm at it's widest point. I think that's 7" x 5 1/2"
